Who can attend the GASGAS SPICE IT UP FESTIVAL?

Everyone is welcome to attend the GASGAS SPICE IT UP Festival. It's an exclusive event for offroad enthusiasts of all ages.

 

When is the GASGAS SPICE IT UP FESTIVAL taking place?

July 29, 2023 starting with our opening ceremony at 09:15 AM and ends on July 30, 2023 at 01:30 AM.

Registering if you choosed the full riding package only: 

  • July 28, 2023 from 06:00 - 08:00 PM
  • July 29, 2023 from 07:30 - 09:15 AM

 

I have read that the GASGAS SPICE IT UP Festival is free, is this correct?

Yes, the event is completely free, but you need to arrive with a ticket and present the QR code at the festival entrance. Please obtain your ticket by registering at events.gasgas.com/gasgas-spice-it-up-festival.

Please take note of the following: Once you have completed the registration process, you will receive an overview of your chosen packages and activities. Two weeks before the event, you will receive again a notification email. You will need to click on the confirmation link provided in the email. Once confirmed, you will receive the ticket with a QR code, which you must present along with your ID card at the festival entrance so that you get your festival wristband. If you fail to confirm your attendance within 3 days, your registration will be canceled. Therefore, please check your email inbox and spam folder on July 15, 2023. 

 

Can I camp near the track during the GASGAS SPICE IT UP FESTIVAL?

Yes, we provide camping spots near the track, but they are available only through pre-registration when you sign up for a free ticket. However, please note that we have a limited number of 70 camping spots, and they will be allocated on a first-register, first-served basis. Camping is completely free for you. On-site, we will have toilet facilities available, as well as electricity connections. Note, that you can only arrive on July 28 between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM or on the following day, July 29, from 7:30 AM to 9:15 AM. You can leave the camping area whenever you need to, but we kindly request that you ensure to leave the camping area by latest 10:00 AM on Sunday. Thank you!

 

What is included in the GASGAS SPICE IT UP FESTIVAL "riding package"?

The GASGAS SPICE IT UP Festival riding package includes:

  • Entry to the festival.
  • The opportunity to ride one of our brand new GASGAS motocross models for a 30-minute session.
  • The chance to ride one of our brand new GASGAS enduro models for a 30-minute session.
  • Based on slot availability, you can also choose to participate in an Enduro or Motocross activity
  • You can additionally participate in other non-riding activities by registering in advance.

 

What are the requirements when I choose the GASGAS SPICE IT UP FESTIVAL "riding package"?

Requirements for the "riding package": 

  • have proper offroad riding gear, including a helmet, boots, gloves, and appropriate clothing
  • being over 18 years old
  • from 16 to 18 years riding only MC 125 and needs to be accompanied by an adult
  • rider needs to be practiced in operating a motorcycle with manual transmission
  • having your own medical insurance

 

Where and when can I collect my riding slot passes when I choosed the GASGAS SPICE IT UP FESTIVAL "riding package"? 

Please collect your riding slot passes for the riding at the entrance of the festival at our registration opening hours: 

  • July 28, 2023 from 06:00 - 08:00 PM
  • July 29, 2023 from 07:30 - 09:15 AM

 

What is included in the GASGAS SPICE IT UP FESTIVAL "entry-only package"?

The GASGAS SPICE IT UP Festival only entry provides access to the festival grounds and non-riding activities. Although you won't be able to ride the motorcycles, you can still enjoy the various exciting activities available. Therefore, you can additionally participate in non-riding activities by registering in advance.

Will there be food and drink options available at the GASGAS SPICE IT UP Festival?

Yes, we have you covered! There will be food and drinks available at the festival, ensuring that you stay energized throughout the event.

 

Is parking available at the GASGAS SPICE IT UP Festival?

There will be plenty of parking spots available for attendees. You can park your vehicles conveniently and enjoy the festival without any parking concerns.
